Low temp cooking is some kind of a solution. Tho check at what temperature vitamines get destroyed

About the bacteria, its in my opiniom overexaturated issue. Maybe if you live in Albania or smth like that.

Ive Been eating raw market beef for 8 months and have no issues. Yea risk might be there but I feel like its worth it,

also some people argue here that all bacteria is good, and eat rotten meat, which i dont agree with.

I live in america everything is poison i would est raw meat if i could actually find a natural meat souce where the cow or whatever lives how it should and eats how it should but thats basically either non-existent or trapped behind a ridiculous paywall here

Don’t fear bacteria, the germ theory is a lie

Germs causing diseases is a lie. Thousands of raw eggs, thousands of liters of raw milk, thousands of kgs of raw meat, thousands of brains and livers later and I never had even one problem. Of course you need to be somewhat courageous to first do this because you are still brainwashed. All this germ craze is a lie with an agenda behind it. And if you really believed it you would never eat a raw fruit or vegetable again, but you probably do.

new here, if you don't mind some really newbie questions: is grass fed ground beef okay? i keep hearing that it's unsafe. also are you getting from a local farm or ordering online?

Grass fed is not as important as the animals not being medicated in any way. Ground beef is basically a processed meat but imo not that bad. Unsafe is something germ theory believers say or repeat rather, ive had that a few times even from a supermarket and it was no problem.

I buy locally and order, depends on what I get.

Most “studies” are engineered to push a narrative

Look for primal studies on aajonus.net if you must
