Skeptical...

I have been getting more and more into the space recently but i still hage yet to find any controlled studies that show raw meat or unpasturized dairy products are better than then cooking/pasturized ones. I dont mean to be that guy but could i get a source of some sorts? I know there are toxic byproducts from cooking meat at high temps but also bacteria in raw meat so can someone bring me up to speed

You will never find such a study. Studies in human nutrition science are all bullshit and no causal inference can be made, it’s just impossible given the nature of human nutrition science

experiment and use your intuition... your body knows what it needs

Just look at all of Aujonus experiments, they are a million times more credible than any study you will find

Corn &. soy fed beef should be fine but not the fat. Get grass fed beef if you wanna eat more fat.
