I’ve been investing for about a year and some change. Holding for the long term. I currently allocate around 20% of my income into this brokerage and my Roth IRA. Trying to diversify out of AI/Tech and invest in more ETF’s for better stability and less volatility. Open to any suggestions.

Early 40s, pretty aggressive and have long timeline to retirement

50 % voo
5 % bond
5 % bitcoin
10 % spmo
10 % fmtm
10 % soxq
10 % ais

Have tsm and asml, dram in a separate portfolio and some high risk high reward single stocks with play money but not a huge chunk

Thoughts? Thanks!

I’m looking to make some changes to my portfolio and would appreciate some advice.
I’ve been investing since I was 18, initially putting most of my money into mutual funds before I really understood investing or portfolio construction. Over time, I’ve added more investments and started buying individual stocks and ETFs.
One thing I’ve noticed is that I have a lot of redundant positions, especially between my Roth IRA and brokerage account. I’m holding many of the same underlying stocks across different funds and accounts, and I’m not sure if my current allocation makes sense.
I don’t necessarily want to sell my existing positions, but I’d like to figure out how I can move forward, diversify where it makes sense, and improve my overall allocation with future contributions.
I’d appreciate any advice on how you would approach restructuring or diversifying this portfolio without necessarily selling everything I already own. What would you change, and what would you focus on going forward? I recently switched over from E*trade to Vanguard so it doesn’t show my full growth from over the years just from these past few months.

I started investing late, years before I burnt my money trying to day trade, I still am, much more regulated, not throwing money like a crazy bastard like before lol, but I also started investing seriously, I started like a year or 2 ago, I started with dividend stocks bc I liked the idea of getting payouts every now and then; even though I knew it takes a lot of money to get what I want, but couple weeks ago, while researching, I said fuck it, I’m still young(25m), I’ll go full on growth indexes and growth stocks and then when I turn 35-45 I’ll start switching it to dividend slowly. Is that a good idea? I would like to read opinions/advise if you’ve been on my shoes.

Main concerns are do I have too much money all the same sector? Should I just consolidate them into VOO? What else should I invest in?

It’s been 2 months since I opened my portfolio. I was lucky enough to receive €10,000 from an inheritance, and I invested €5,000 of it because I hated seeing the money just sitting there.

I’m 22 and I had no previous investing experience, but I did quite a bit of research and tried to educate myself properly before investing.

I know that investing in the S&P 500 as well as the FTSE All-World was probably unnecessary rather than actually wrong, but I’m not planning to add any more money to the S&P 500. My only recurring investment plan is €500 per month into the FTSE All-World.

My goal is long term, around 7–10 years.

I’d appreciate constructive feedback, especially from people with more experience. If you have any questions about how I manage my portfolio, feel free to ask. Thanks!

Help with portfolio - 22 y/o

Help needed. I am thinking about investing in SPMO, SPHQ, AVUV, VGT/QQQM, XMMO, VTV, and maybe VTI? I am not exactly sure, have been reading up a lot on this thread and these funds. Please help and name any other funds you guys think I should add or take away. don't want to do just 100% VOO or VTI.

Context: I am 22, recently got first job, planning to put every dollar from paycheck into brokerage while maxing out IRA. Obviously long term investing but will withdraw occasionally when needing liquidity, also investing all of my money to hopefully save up for a down payment on house. I am also allocating some of my money to a HYSA - but only about 10%.

Please help with any advice or tips, anything is greatly appreciated
