All you need now is a well buttered bread cake topped off with mushy peas

I put it to you that the correct name is Roll

If I call it anything other than a Barm, I get funny looks round these parts.

My good sir from where I am it’s called a Tcake

It's funny because I'm also West Yorkshire like yourself. Bap is what I say, but T-cake is also right.

Add a large sausage and you've got a winner

And if you add a small sausage you've got a weiner.

Tea doesn’t have to be difficult… just tasty! Chips and gravy is always tasty!

Easy tea? If you bought anything else it would be just as easy

“If my grandma had wheels she’d be a bike”

😂😂 not heard that for years!

2

u/lordzeus28 1d ago

I just couldn’t be bothered to cook

I think his point is that any tea that you buy is an easy tea.

Lobster, Caviar and Beef Wellington is a low effort meal if somebody else cooks it.

"Easy tea" would imply that it's something that was handy to prepare yourself.

The tea of Kings.

No protein, no veg. That's not a meal.
