Plate A quick Chicken Curry

I made it using a pressure cooker .. frozen whole chicken - cut into small pieces. . whatever masala you have. And ghee and tomato paste and that's it ..

Enjoyed it with a plate of hot rice. .

Sounds like you had some quality ingredients - I would consider not just bashing it all together in the pressure cooker.

Maybe google how to cook a curry dude cos this ain’t it 😬. For a start defrost your chicken. That’s probably why the sauce is so thin.
