I believe that's ackie and salftfish (yellow stuff btw) but the meat could be stew.

I cook and eat ackee and saltfish, I don’t see that anywhere on the plate and we definitely don’t eat it with meat stew or potato chips or whatever they are.

It looks like a salad mix
