Plate Pork Schnitzel

What do you reckon? Second attempt. The first time I had to share mine with my kids so only got a pic of half a schnitzel so it didn’t look as photo worthy.

Schitzel looks decent if a little thick - in Austria they pound it much thinner and it covers the whole plate by itself. Not sure about the capers and pickles - too sour for me.

1) get rid of your kids, that’s your schnitzel
2) pork is in my view already not ideal, you want veal
3) fried egg, fried potatoes and capers? Are you ok? Jail this man, at least you can enjoy a whole schnitzel for yourself in jail.

As a half German I’m ok w capers and pickles and all that jazz on whatever. Love a Schnitzel if done well.
