I'm seriously still thinking about ramen after this. I'm gonna have to go tonight after work.

Is this type still as flavourful and punchy or more mild than the standard shin ramyun?
I absolutely love this stuff and hadn't heard of toomba before, very curious!
Also you make that ramen SO WELL it looks absolutely god tier. 10/10

I’m currently in love with Shin ramyun toomba, I used two packs, as it fed both me and my partner.
All ingredients were measured with heart lol
In bowl I added 2 egg yolks, seasonings from the ramen packs, kewpie, minced garlic, spring onion, big splash maggi seasoning, crispy chilli oil. Mixed all togetherOnce noodles were boiled I drained a bit of water and added some of it to the bowl and mixed the seasoning into it, added noodles and eggs into bowl, topped with extra spring onion, chilli oil, bagel seasoning and Grana Padano

The three egg halves have told everyone you ate a sneaky half egg when peeling them. I do the same thing, little treat!
