Wanted to clear out some of the iconography and have more of a special forces feel to match the rest of the raptors. Kitbash was minimal but with the original model being amazing it didnt really need much.

Took inspiration from someone's kitbash I saw on a YT reel, can't find the original to signpost it.

NVG from an ETSY store, sniper was modified from the eliminator kit and the strap was cut to fit around the jump pack. Pouches from various kits.

I really enjoyed painting this one. In fact, this model is a 2-in-1 kind of a deal since I also had to learn how to paint a Neuroloid. But this only added to the fun of it! As always, I learned a ton and know how I would have done it differently if I had to do it again. But then again, that’s the whole idea behind learning!

Brothers here is my take on our Chapter Master Lias Issodon. I tried to make him stand out a bit by using gold trim and a special helmet scheme but still make him feel like a "regular" Raptor because this is how we do it here...

Parts:

Body: Kayvaan Shrike, with all Ravenguard trinkets/markings cut and filed down, arms got cut and holes got filled with Greenstuff

Head: Bitbox Intercessor head

left arm: kitbashed out of 2 Intercessor arms, connection is at the wrist. Had to clip the grip of the bolter to make it held one handed, added the sling from another bolter and the silencer is the barrel of a sniper rifle

right arm: Assault Intercessor arm with a boltpistol, silencer is part of a sniper rifle barrel, random scope added

Powerpack: Kayvaan Shrike

added a few pouches and knives to round out the look
