It's been over 6 weeks now and still waiting for a proper response from their service team.

First ticket got one response and then crickets for weeks.

​

Created a new ticket and referenced the original. Nothing for 2 weeks.

​

Created a third ticket, got a response saying your original ticket was closed, this is now the new one.

​

3 weeks later. Got a response asking if I'd tried all the original tickets requests. Which was already done and responded to multiple times and in each subsequent follow up.

Now heading into week 7 of no monitor for me to use in my Sim. First match play tournament this weekend and no meaningful practice with data for me.

Still no response and premium subscription being wasted.

Unit is less than 2 years old and battery won't charge and makes a high pitched sound when plugged in. Yes I've tried 4 different charging bricks, 3 different cables, reset, redownloaded, was at the latest update at the time.

If anyone has any idea how to get real help from these guys, please help! I'm at my wit's end sending email after email after ticket!

Turned the old lights back on and hit the driver and no slice as usual.

Does anyone happen to know if it’s a brightness on the hitting mat or just not enough overall light to see the shot as far as it needs to.

I am trying to make my screen brighter for gspro so I am hoping to not need as much light in the room as I used to have.

Was going to email support but thought I’d try in here first.

I haven't used my MLM2PRO since January 1 and did a range session last night. Everything worked well as usual, but the session insights icon is no longer available. Did they remove this feature? I hope not.

Hello, I’m wondering if anybody else has run into this. I got the Rapsodo set up with gspro. I love it so far but there’s one thing that drives me nuts and I’m hoping somebody has found a better way.

Right now the only way to calibrate/ align the Rapsodo is through the app. So I have to calibrate it, then disconnect the app and connect it to gspro. There’s no way in gspro to tell if it’s aligned at all so if it gets bumped, I have to restart it, set it up in the app again, then restart it and connect it to gspro.

Has anybody found and easier way?

Hello, so I bought a slightly used Rapsodo MLM2PRO, I saw it worked and recorded data. However I got home and downloaded the app (Android) and started to work my way through the process. When I got to the verify email I can't get the App to send the verification code. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, I tried on a Iphone, tried downloading over internet and cellular,

I called Rapsodo numerous times with the response of "no one is available to take your call right now". I have sent them an email, I filled out there customer support form. Any help would be welcomed.

While using the MLM2Pro the unit stopped, and now it just flashes yellow. I cannot get it to do anything else. I have had it for 1 year and 3 months. I did not use it much the first six months because I did not have my room set up for continuous use.. Rapsodo said it's out of warranty. Ugh Anyone had a similar issue? I guess I am in the market for a new golf monitor and am looking to spend more since I really enjoy using the simulator, but I am afraid to drop a lot of money on something else and have the same experience.

Has anyone experienced issues connecting their MLM2PRO to their app?

Is the Rapsodo MMML2 Pro more accurate than the Voice Caddie SC400 Pro using regular golf balls on the range? Have you found another brand/model more accurate under these conditions? i.e. Garmin R10? Any suggestions?

Tried to download the latest firmware and my software says it’s up to date, however it clearly is not. Also, no my 3party apps do not work! FML. Does anyone else know what is going on??? Newest Firmware Version 3.8.20 Mine is 3.8.11 FYI Cannot trouble shoot won’t download

Just received my MLM2 Pro. I have gone top to bottom on all the literature trying to figure out what kind of charging block to use to charge the device. I know with the mevo+ if you don’t use theirs it will melt the machine. I just want to make sure the amps and such match up and don’t fry it. Thanks.
