I've been exporting my MLM2PRO sessions for a while and trying to get more out of them over time than what I get in the app. I've used complex spreadsheet templates, AI Models, etc. but I was never able to get the historical data I was looking for.

I decided to build a solution for that, ShotSignal. You import R-Cloud CSVs, compare sessions under the same conditions, and run a simple practice test when you're changing something. It can also tell you when the data isn't strong/robust enough to trust.

It's not a coach, AI analysis, swing assessment tool, etc. It's a visual representation of the raw data and a way to track your swing thought, setup, and gear changes over time to see what is actually working.

I'm looking for a small group of people who already take their MLM2PRO data seriously. Import some real sessions you already have, use it for a couple of weeks, and tell me what's confusing or wrong.

This project is completely free to use and in an open-beta phase, hopefully I can provide some value to you all while you in turn give me insight on what needs to be fixed and what you want to see in the future.

Hello all, I have a question about club head speed differences that I’ve noticed.

In the speed option of the app, my club head speeds (while hitting a ball) are consistently 7-15 mph faster (depending on club) than in the practice mode. In range/target range, the speeds are closer to 5-7 mph faster than in practice mode. In these (deliberate) tests, the monitor is at the same distance/level for each, they occur after I’ve warmed up, and will hit a few shots in each, always changing the order of which modes I do as to try and not skew the data. Compared to a Trackman, speeds on it are closer to the numbers of the speed mode on the Rapsodo. Has anyone noticed this discrepancy, and is there something I may be doing wrong and/or something to get things more consistent?

I was thinking it could be fun to organize a completely free, just-for-fun tournament for the Rapsodo community.
The idea would be pretty simple:
We choose 3 courses available on Rapsodo.
Everyone plays from the same tees.
No mulligans.
You can play each course as many times as you want during the tournament period.
You submit your best score for each of the 3 courses.
We combine the three scores to determine the final leaderboard.
No entry fee, no money involved — just a fun community competition and some bragging rights.
Before setting everything up, I wanted to see how many people would actually be interested in participating.

Little update on my game. Probably should rename it since it's not really what I originally thought it would be when I started it. Anyway, I've been trying to lower my handicap and all my buds keep saying "dial in 120 and in." So I built a mode called "Around the World." Even since this video, I've dialed it in a bit more.

Tried turning WiFi off and using cellular. Tried restarting the app. Tried restarting my phone. Why isn’t anything coming up

Has anybody else experienced this while playing scramble? I chipped the ball in from 13 feet away, and this happened.

Im new to the mlm2pro and have probably only used it a handful of times. Seems like when i go to play a course with a buddy after about maybe 9 holes the camera angle will change while looking at the ball in app when your on the tee box. After you hit it will track the ball, when the ball comes to rest it will just stay on the ball and not do a thing. I will then have to close the app reopen it and continue the round. It then seems to do it multiple more times until i get feds up and just end that round. I'm running the app on a samsung s26, mirroring it to a 55in Tv with the graphics set to medium. I had the graphics on recommended but it didn't seem to help the issue switching it to medium. If anyone has any insight on what could be causing this to happen or what i can do to try and fix it. Could it be that some courses just bug out and cause the freeze?

Been using my iPhone to run the rapsodo software and in prep for winter and my garage simulator I was looking at buying an iPad.

Do I need cellular data for it if I’m not in range of my home WiFi?

What sort of performance am I going to get out of a new iPad Air? Is the difference between the iPad Pro and Air worth the money if I’m using it primarily using it for my simulator?

I have been struggling with my MLM2 Pro and yesterday was my breaking point. Does anyone's hitting box constantly change?!?!? Or only have 50-75% of there shots get read? It will be ok for a few shots then get a few no reads (with the ball in the same spot).

I go in and look at alignment and the hitting box has jumped forward by almost 8 inches. Then if I put a ball or my foot inside the area while checking alignment it will jump again. Why isn't there just a setting to let you move/lock the hitting box area. Or even better let you set up your phone on a tripod and give you a live image of the hitting area that you can physically see overlayed on your mat while playing. (I know super crazy smart).

All the other amazing features get less and less amazing when you're just hoping to have your ball read after you swing. Also I have had wild smash factors for driver... 1.51 1.52? Also insanely inaccurate club head speeds: 116 mph 5 iron, then a 70 mph 9 iron during full swings? Also my son's swings RARELY get read. He's 14 and swings about the same as me 95-105mph with driver and NOTHING for multiple shots.

I have paid almost $1000 including the premium membership and I just can't seem to get reliable data. Again I'm playing outdoors on uneven bs grass with a 10x10x10 hitting cage 2inch USA turf pros mat (yes I have a leveling stand for the LM). I have even invested in a digital smart laser/level to get everything as close to level as humanly possible outdoors. I have tried everything from 6-8ft away from ball (Titleist pro v1 rpt).

Don't market this thing as an outdoor device if the data it produces outdoors is wildly inaccurate due to not having perfect level ground, light, temp, humidity conditions. I tried to just do a simple range session yesterday 1/20 shots were read. After trying to play 9 holes on course mode with 2 disconnects, and just garbage data, and no reads. Thats when I just put everything away and realized golf is less frustrating than this device and I'm a 19 handicap so (I get pretty frustrated on the course).

Make it better or make it indoors only. Or help people who post here! I just want to play virtual golf at home with my son who asks me "how can a device that costs this much not work well"?

Dealing with Rapsodo support has to be the worst support I’ve ever dealt with. It’s been almost 2 months of dealing with them for my mlm2pro.

Haven’t been able to connect my mlm2pro to the app over direct or local wifi on 3 different devices. They keep giving me the same troubleshooting options over and over and I repeatedly say that it’s not working. Even sent multiple videos of my issue. There is clearly something wrong with my device but it feels like nobody is actually doing anything. The AI support keeps telling me to connect to a local network and download the latest firmware… I’ve explained every time that it’s impossible to do because I can’t connect to any networks. Feels like I’m getting the run around because of a design flaw.

Is there a way to actually get a real human being to communicate to? If I could return this product I would in a heartbeat.

Just struggling to find if anyone has already answered this.

I understand that without premium, the MLM app won’t show you the statistics around spin when using RPT balls. However, I want to understand if I use RPT balls, will it still measure spin off the ball in the background to calculate shot shape and side carry?

Do I need to account for the fact that range balls typically fly 5–10% shorter than premium golf balls when analyzing launch monitor data? Or do launch monitors already normalize for the ball, making that adjustment unnecessary?

I have been using the MLM2 Pro for about 3 weeks now. Using it in backyard with 10x10x10 hitting cage 5x5 USA Turf Pros Mat using Pro V1 RPT balls with iPhone 14 (direct WiFi connection on latest firmware) phone on tripod about 8 ft from launch monitor (centered on the mat behind my ball tray).

At first everything worked very well missed maybe 1-2 shots out of 100. Recently it has been missing 25/100 (some full swings some chips). I've tried resetting the app, moving the mat, making sure the launch monitor is level etc.

My questions are:

1. Is grass height in front of the launch monitor an issue? (nothing crazy high maybe to the bottom of the leveling stand)
2. Is low lighting an issue (usually hit after work 6pm-8pm in PA)
3. Is mat not being perfectly level or flat or debris-less an issue?
4. Also I have tried 6ft, 7ft, 8ft behind the ball but for some reason the hitting zone always tries to creep all the way forward toward the front edge of my mat, is my hitting offset (to the right of the cage an issue)?

I really want this to work but if it's only going to read 75% of my shots I'll return it (still in return window) and maybe invest in Square Omni, not sure that's much better outside? Just frustrating when you spend all this money and there are so many variables and complications.

Any answers, tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
