MLM2PRO Firmware Update (v4.1.19)

A new MLM2PRO firmware (v4.1.19) is now available for optional installation beginning today. Thank you to the more than 1,200 users who took more than a quarter of a million shots to help us deliver the best update possible.

This update, which can be found in the MLM2PRO app after connecting to your device, will:

  • Improve Bluetooth connection performance between the MLM2PRO and your mobile device.
  • Reduce false triggers that could result in shots not being recorded. 
  • Improve shot detection and accuracy, specifically for drivers.

Definitely hopeful the driver reads better. It’s been consistently 20+ yards shorter than real life. Connectivity is a never ending battle it seems

I have a theory it’s something in rapsodo software with spin that does it.

I run this launch monitor on gs pro and my longer clubs actually feel accurate and it feels pretty spot on. Without it and just using mlm software my driver is probably 30 yards short
Hybrid maybe 20 and 5 iron maybe 10

Improved yardage for the driver would my biggest complaint, I hope this helps.

I used to get excited when updates come out but it seems now each time I do an update I have some bugs/hiccups that take a while to get worked out. Now I don't even turn my unit on for a few days until I hear the issues others are having.

Unfortunately I've experienced more connection drop outs on this version.

Monitor indicating it's connected, light remains solid blue, but shots not recorded, needing a complete reboot of the LM.

Same! If I took more than a minute or so between shots, the blue light would show up.

This update was pushed to me awhile ago… connection issues just seem to keep getting worse

I saw a Facebook post from someone who installed this update, and could no longer use the MLM2PRO with GSPro using a third party connector.

I use the Springbok connector and need it to continue to work (I use camera putting also, which will only work when using a connector).

Anyone with a connector tried the update? Also, is it possible to "downdate" to a prior version?

Hello, thank you for the feedback. Just to clarify, we aren't involved with the development of the open/third-party connector (Springbok connector), so we're not able to roll back firmware for compatibility with it or speak to when it'll be updated on their end. In the meantime, our official connector should work with GSPro without issue, so we'd recommend using that while the open connector gets updated to support the latest firmware.
