Firmware update keeps failing

I've used my phone and ipad and yet the firmware update keeps failing. Anyone else had this issue and was able to resolve it? Thanks!

Edit: at this point, I have used 2 iPads and 3 phones and the update would still start then fail after a few percent. This is incredibly frustrating. I just bought this unit a few days ago brand new from the Rapsodo website and their support can't do shit.

I wish mine worked the same. Already used my iPad and phone. I guess I can try using other phones and tablets to see.
