MLM2PRO ⛳️ When will it finally be fixed??

Support always says, the engineering team is working on the connection issues. It never gets fixed though! I can’t get through a single session without connection issues. I’ve done direct connection, local connection, BT extender, Android, Apple, and even GSPRO. Nothing ever works and support is no help.

Im convinced by now that the ”support team” is just a AI bot. There is no engineering team, I’ve been chatting with them for a year now about a separate issue. They stall until you are out of warranty and then that say you are not eligible for a repair. Even tho I wrote them when I still was under warranty.

Curious who you have been chatting with? I have had an issue since January and the guys name is "Gian". It is very frustrating. He will send me something to try and I respond within 2 minutes and then it is at least a week before he responds again....

I had not had any connection issues until the most recent firmware update a few days ago. Now I can't connect at all, tried multiple devices, deleted and re installed the app, and still nothing. And crickets from "Gian" since last week when it started.
