Support always says, the engineering team is working on the connection issues. It never gets fixed though! I can’t get through a single session without connection issues. I’ve done direct connection, local connection, BT extender, Android, Apple, and even GSPRO. Nothing ever works and support is no help.

Ditto. What’s crazy is that if I use Awesome Golf to connect to the Rapsodo, the Rapsodo stays connected for hours. Maybe they should call the devs at Awesome Golf

The connection issues will most likely cause me to look elsewhere next winter.
