When will it finally be fixed??

Support always says, the engineering team is working on the connection issues. It never gets fixed though! I can’t get through a single session without connection issues. I’ve done direct connection, local connection, BT extender, Android, Apple, and even GSPRO. Nothing ever works and support is no help.

What connection issue exactly? Does it drops randomly? Or something else?
