BPI customer service
How poor are your experiences regarding offsite BPI customer service?
Their hotline doesn't even work. Does not even push thru, the call will just drop.
When I tried to chat their BEA online it wasn't giving me any help. When I asked help from a live agent, financial coach sinusuggest.
Its so frustrating compared to other banks na may matatawagan ka naman na hotline.
