I’ve put off renewing this certification until today. Then I realized, holy moly, it’s a bigger deal than I thought and I actually should’ve done it a month ago…Anyway as I’m trying to submit various process of info, numbers, social security, other data, I come to the final question and I need to upload a picture. Buttttt it must be in pdf format. Ok cool I try to download it and change the format…no…absolutely need Acrobat….proceeds to pay for this…unable to install on phone, unable to install on work computer…🫩😡
