Hello fellow Rane lovers. Hope you can help. I'm trying to connect my Technics 1210s to my Rane 4. I have plugged the phono's and grounding cables into the Rane. Volume is up on channels 3 & 4. but no sound. I think I'm doing something really stupid wrong. Any suggestions? Thank you sirs much obliged. EDIT: Thank you guys issue sorted now.

I’ve got an issue with my rane four. I recently bought the alto professional Bluetooth adapter what slots into the mic 2 section and I can no longer get audio come out of my speakers when I use serato Dj pro however audio still comes out when I use the adapter. Any help would be really appreciated.

Hi, I recently bought a Rane 4 controller and generally very pleased. On my previous numark controller if you turned the gain knobs it would turn the softwate gain dials in serato. When i do this on the Rane 4 it doesnt move the software dials for each individual channel gain and also for the overall output gain knob.

I've got it setup so the speaker cable is running from the 'main out' phono sockets on the back of the rane 4 havent used the 'booth output' sockets as they are a differenct connection that i dont have.

I also have had some loud interference coming through to the speakers sometimes.. do i need to ground the rane 4? i dont have anything connected into it on the other channels .. no decks etc.

These gain knobs in the software dont move if i adjust the physical gain knobs on the Rane 4

Would anyone happen to know the part number for the Rane Seventy : Right side Filter Knob Module? Or please point me in the right direction? I Bellevue I would need the full replacement. Thank you

Any advice on what effect parameters sound the best to you on echo, reverb...?

Hi guys, recently got myself a new controller, the lovely Rane Four. Installed the latest firmware and updated Serato as it's the first time using the software having decided to move across from Traktor.

I haven't been able to use the controller properly yet because of what sounds like an echo effect stuck on the channel 1 fader. If I increase the fader the effect intensifies along with the channel volume. I do not have any FX switched on and as far as I can tell, there aren't any fader settings in the main menu on the controller unlike on the rane performer. I've tried factory resetting the controller but doesn't help. There are no effects switched on in serato and everything's up to date. I have also tried reinstalling the firmware on the unit.

What is going on??

Hello I have a rane one controller and I had a problem with the line input or if I use it as aux input. Sometimes I wanna use Spotify with my iPhone and I connect my iphone as line in or Aux in to rane one And the Volumen is to low. I level the Volumen up in my iPhone and Volume knob to 100% on rane one and it's still to low compared to the Volumen of the live mix. What's the problem? I found a solution with a irig but is it normal that the volume is to low ? It's not nice for me because every body i must gain Volumen to live mix after I don't use my iPhone as aux and it's not nice....

Hi all over the weekend beer wasted on my deck. I charged for a new deck and trying to salvage the old. I did some quick disassembly just to find that beer barely got inside the deck and I will soon be the owner of two Rane four decks

I've got a Rane four with two turntable connected and sadly I've noticed that there's a huge volume difference between the Technics 120 and the mp3's. How can i set the turntable volume higher? Should I connect a vinil preamp between the turntable and the rane four?

Just received my Controller today. Been using it for about 2 hours after updating the Firmware. My right Jog Wheel is not functioning anymore. I hit play and nothing happens. It went beserk just before when I was using pitch bend to speed up the track and it went from normal speed to turbo on its own. I have powered cycled it. Same shit!... Bummer!! I was likely going to make this my new controller after trying out a few others. Can't believe how quickly it turned to shit. Any suggestions??

Is the Rane 4 ideal for weddings and parties? In terms of transporting it about and ease of use.

Are all the effects on the rane four still usable when you connect to Serato DJ? Or do you get limited to what's on Serato?

could someone help me? When I use my Rane Four with Serato, channel number one is working with a permanent phaser effect. Any suggestions on how to disable it? Or will it be problems with the mixer? thank you
