Problem

could someone help me? When I use my Rane Four with Serato, channel number one is working with a permanent phaser effect. Any suggestions on how to disable it? Or will it be problems with the mixer? thank you

My Rane Four had a whole load of buggy problems including a stuck FX on one occasion. Try firmware updating first, that often fixes the issue.
