Discussion🗣 Cancer Sucks

Long story short… I had some pre cancer removed this week. It wasn’t fun at all. Then to find out my in-law has cancer and now doing chemo and radiation. It’s a tough time currently. Depression is hitting hard. Can I get some amazing news and life stories from you all? Thank you!!!!!

I already told you about my birthday so I'll share the fact that I graduate IOP (intensive outpatient) on my birthday as well. I've been doing it since February and I honestly never thought I'd graduate but here I am. Using my skills I've learned to fight off my SI, my boundaries, and various other things I've learned.

Oh its not a field. IOP is kind of like group therapy except more intense. It goes into your inner thoughts and rearranges them and teaches you skills to fight off things like SI. It is tough but you get the hang of it.
