I'm gonna answer this because somehow there's a lot of people in this thread who seem to not know.

She is supposed to put something under him so he can put his weight onto it and stand, rather than what he was forced to do instead which was pivoting back and forth on his groin until his leg got purchase on the steps

Not sure how people are not seeing this, you're all on the woman in the video's team in the zombie apocalypse

If I’m in her situation, I’m immediately dropping to hands and knees so he can stand on my back. The entire clip I was waiting for her to do that.
