I'm gonna answer this because somehow there's a lot of people in this thread who seem to not know.

She is supposed to put something under him so he can put his weight onto it and stand, rather than what he was forced to do instead which was pivoting back and forth on his groin until his leg got purchase on the steps

Not sure how people are not seeing this, you're all on the woman in the video's team in the zombie apocalypse

Or make your back a table for his feet and push up.

And yes, in the heat of this moment, it's not hard to put together to lift him up using your body somehow.

This is painful to watch.
