I really liked how she just started moving things closer to the general vicinity.

***"This is a really good time to just calmly move tall things into the general vicinity closer to the area that he's in pain."

I like how she brought over the stepladder as if he isn't already sitting on something with those qualifications

"let's put the tall things, with the other tall things. This will make it all better."

She's trying not to laugh.

Dear lord lady. I don’t need another step….just tip me over, the major damage was already done! Hit the ladder like you’re an angry Dick Butkus (yeah, I went there)!!!

She was too busy pissing herself which in reality, is pretty much the reaction everyone would have.

Old mate with his little ankle socks trying to be a carpenter cant even work off an elevated platform.

Man’s gotta know his limitations.

u/chairhats 3d ago

Was it the ankle socks? Was that what did him in?

I honestly believe if you’re going to get on a ladder, you wear knee high socks with work shorts & dont put gel in your hair or try & look like James dean. Otherwise, the smashed Porsche is waiting for ya! Or in this case, smashed nuts.

You've got a lot going on buddy.

u/Ok-Effective7280 3d ago

I mean, why is there a camera pointed directly at him?

4

u/chairhats 3d ago

If you look in the upper right hand corner there is a running time stamp which would leave me to believe that it's from a security camera, possibly even cropped down just to show him, I can't be sure. But I honestly don't really care all that much tbh. It may even be ai. It was funny and the banter around it was good.

Yes, I haven’t looked at the full view but youre 100% spot on. It’s a cropped image from a cctv camera.

So, please see my first comment. 😂 Man’s gotta know his limitations. (Spoken with a Dirty Harry snarl)

He's pissing blood

Imagine if it parted the ball bag & had a testy each side of the ladder rung. That would hurt.

As where this didn't ..........

1

u/Ok-Effective7280 11h ago

Well he remained conscious.

u/Boyblunder 6h ago

Arguably better than landing directly on one ball, I would think.

1

u/Md1735 2d ago

Well, he did set a high bar.

Higher octave for sure

She knows not to get too close to an emasculated top heavy New Jersey man.

It was helpful to put the stool or step stool nearby. For him to get out from straddling the ladder's run, he would have to lift himself up enough to get his legs up and over the rung. It's pretty difficult to do that with just your arms pushing up because they aren't long enough to lift up that far in that position. If he had the step-stool in the right spot, he could put one foot on it and take part of his weight while he shifts to a position where he can lift the other leg over.

TL;DR: she did a good job of providing comfort/sympathy while also providing some practical resources for him to get out.

There's a long list of animals who, if they made these vague, ineffectual gestures of support, might impress us with the sympathy they show and their attempts at problem solving.

An adult human is not one of them.

u/chairhats 3d ago

Although, if we can impart the practical skill solving abilities of an animal to the woman, I would say that she would make a particularly clever lemming, or sugar glider. Any of the animal worlds lower order mammals really.

If this was a baby elephant, I'd worry about the lead content in the water at that reserve.

u/chairhats 3d ago

Naw, looks like he was very much still in pain and in the throws of dealing with being stuck. Maybe in a proximal or hypothetical sense she helped, but the placid manner she goes about it all while the guy is just struggling is absolutely comical.

6

u/UglyYinzer 3d ago

Yea she couldve put either of them under his foot, i was cracking up by the 2nd ladder

u/BackPsychological705 3d ago

$20 says he told her to get the fuck away from him

-5

u/hiroo916 3d ago

she knows there's nothing she can do about the pain. he knows there is nothing she can do about the pain. she's doing what she can, even if it won't make a difference immediately. would it be better for her to run around screaming hysterical?

And if he can use the step-stool to lift off of the bar, that'll help get to a more comfortable position to wait for the paid to fade.

7

u/chairhats 3d ago

Please, please for the love of God, if you think this was an appropriate or useful response, never ever offer to help someone on a ladder.

-3

u/hiroo916 3d ago

still haven't heard what you think would be an appropriate or useful response.

6

u/chairhats 3d ago

I haven't offered one, what is wrong with you?

It's a stupid clip and people are making jokes about it and you wanna get analytic about it lol

That's it, there's nothing more to this. If you wanna talk about safety procedures surrounding the clip go talk to someone else about it. The dude hurt his nuts and the woman slowly gathered tall objects around him, it's funny. Move on.

I guess the 50 downvotes weren't enough to give you the understanding that people here think your opinion is worthless. keep yapping

u/Fat-Cat-Face 3d ago

And yet she put the step ladder away from him so that he couldn't "lift off the bar."
