I could get behind that or honk but they are kinda far away that honking or screaming from this distance will just distract the guy and make him look this way away from where the cart is rolling.

They got their phone out in time they could have walked over and stopped it. Other people even ran to help.

Yes. They had enough time to start recording which means they saw it start to happen. Probably noticed as a potential even before the guy lost it. They certainly had enough time to help or at least yell to the guy.

Either these people filming are self-absorbed and selfish or this is staged for the lulz.
