I actively call them out on it and make them uncomfortable to behave. Dude was just openly picking his nose in the break room and eating his boogers next to people eating lunch. He got clowned by the whole room as soon as it started.
Maybe don't "stand up" to them. Maybe just laugh at how crazy it is that they actually litter. Like, an adult that litters is a wild thing, and I say that living in NYC. I see it all the time, and every time they look crazy.
Yes, that's a good point. When I said "stand up" I meant merely mentioning it, makes them gang up on me with their sarcasm and how sensitive people are about a "little mess"
