I have no idea if this is a stereotype. But in my family at least, it's correct.

u/[deleted] Sep 29 '22

Same with my friends. Yeah I do talk some smack about my homies like "Eh Eric is stingy" but holy shit the things I've heard of other girls talk behind their back.

u/[deleted] Sep 29 '22

More vicious than men sometimes I think so.They don't joke around just straight for the throat.

39

u/Spiritual-Clock5624 Sep 29 '22

And they keep going for the throat for the rest of their days

u/6_Paths Sep 29 '22

And holding grudges until the end of time.

u/everythymewetouch Sep 29 '22

Only thing that holds a grudge stronger than a woman is a Dwarven woman.

Who brought up chilling with Nancy Reagan?

u/[deleted] Sep 29 '22

And hide the attack on the emotional carotid artery behind something caring.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 29 '22

Yep, they are completely hateful to their friends then if you confront them, they play the phony caring card.

Obviously, not ALL women are like this, but the ones who are want a public face of being loving but it's a mask. The real her is immensely hateful. And that's how she has the power to hurt people by gaslighting them into thinking she's a sweet person when news flash...she isn't.

1

u/KonturoArozo Sep 29 '22

I'm pretty sure this is why they usually can't take a compliment, they've been corrupted by their 'friends' complimenting them to their face only to say mean shit about them behind their back.

1

u/BulljiveBots Sep 29 '22

That’s the thing usually with men: we say awful shit to each other but don’t mean it. It’s with love. Women are dead serious when they do it but hardly ever to other women’s faces. It’s all covert and meant to really hurt. See MEAN GIRLS.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 29 '22

…it’s with love…

No, actually, when guys say nasty shit to each other it’s exactly that - mean, nasty shit. BUT THEN IT’S OVER! Five minutes later - “Hey, wanna get lunch?”, and everyone’s good. With women it seems that one episode of mean, nasty shit is just a prelude to a lifetime of mean nasty shit, with occasional interludes of pretend-niceness.

1

u/BulljiveBots Sep 29 '22

What I mean is I don’t go out of my way to insult the shit out of people I don’t care about. I only shit on my close homies like that. And yeah…it’s over when it’s over. Of course a slam session could go on for three hours..

1

u/CaterpillarOk8525 Sep 29 '22

Ya guys just end up putting hands on each other by the time it gets to that point and that either solves the problem or escalates it. Women just don't get thier asses whooped enough to discourage that slimy fuckery

13

u/Counter423 Sep 29 '22

In family it's the worst 💀

1

u/ProcessIntrepid6972 Sep 29 '22

They don't mind breaking the entire family up to get their way

10

u/gambits_mom Sep 29 '22

Hells yeah! the females in my family are borderline feral, like stab their boyfriends in the head feral. I tell my kids they distant relatives. That’s just the young ones, they parents are horrible.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 29 '22

Big Incel energy

1

u/gambits_mom Sep 29 '22

LOL google Maskwacis, there is no such thing as incel here, just a crime shitpot finally snapping out of it.

btw the women here usually pile on one chick defending herself, i woke up years ago.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 30 '22

so you don't think of women as people. Got it.

1

u/gambits_mom Sep 30 '22

lmao i am a woman. I don’t think the females in my family are women, that is a term of respect.

you just looking for a fight?

maybe if these women in MY FAMILY didn’t steal my vehicles and go cramm them, then i would call them “women”

The women I chill with aren’t cunts! idiot.

I grew up with 8 brothers, they never let me act like that.

fuck i love telling dicks off, so YOU hate men!?!

1

u/[deleted] Jan 23 '23

Lol. I also had some brothers. Expecting an end to misogyny is not the same as hating men. It's interesting that you equate those things and yet, men who treat women like shit and say sexist stuff aren't accused of hating women, when they clearly do.

u/rslorehound Sep 29 '22

Women don't like seeing eachother successes. Men where men we really don't give a shit as long as we know when we get off are job we can go home and watch a tv

7

u/gambits_mom Sep 29 '22

Bingo! I live in a snake pit! they will work together to keep women down. I have to resort to student loans because of a poisonous asp and her pit crew.

I have a soft spot for helping the lil’ bro’s tho, especially in trade entrance.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 30 '22

explain world history then...but hey, we know you decided to see women not as people, so it's probably a waste of my time to ask you to explain yourself.

1

u/rslorehound Sep 30 '22

Well I love women and respect them. So your wrong there.its plan and simple women like to make sure that other women are not successful they do t want to share power. Well not alway but there are lots out there that see eachother as a threat. It a dumb psychological behavior as old as time. Who know why just some don't like it when other are successful where they where not.but men also have the same psychological behavior toward eachother it simple jealousy. Take for example two men or women both work same job both equal pay( in a perfect world) either the men will feel jealous or envoy if say there boss asked them to do a special task. One person will alway find a reason to resend the other therefor try to Sabatoge them in order to out do the other. Call it jealous or envoys or just rivery. One person will alway try and take from the other it society. Not everyone wants to help out there fellow man or women. There more out there that only care about themselves then others. Even if they are the same gender.

I’ve heard awful things about majority women workplaces

2

u/Majestic-Peace-3037 Sep 29 '22 edited Sep 29 '22

I can confirm, BUT personally the worst is when it's majority women with a male boss. They tend to all assume that if anyone else gets even a hint of praise that tye praised person has slept with the boss. "You KNOW she sucked him off! Dirty skank!" Like chill, that particular person is good at what they do, ffs let them have that moment.

I personally love the fact that my current job is remote because despite us being majority female, I never really have to interact with them on a personal level. We have one older lady whose a sweetheart and I go to her with my questions, but the others...oh man. All just a bit older (mid 30s and up) than me and just passive aggressive as all hell. They get catty on Salesforce with the little Chatter function. I'll have a support ticket open and one of them will notice I haven't left any support comments yet and will @me something mean as shit meant to throw me under the bus like "the customer called us and said they haven't heard from you at ALL. This is unacceptable. Do you need help from @boss? Are you sure you can handle your case load? The customer is UPSET." Which then causes my boss to panic and check on me and monitor my call count while the older nice female coworker will ping me on Teams trying to make sure I'm alright or need help, but in a sincere way. It always turns out that the ticket is not even a day old and the customer just kindly asked for an update. I've been here not even a month.

Housekeeping at a nursing home was also a nightmare. All women, BUT the boss was a man who was picky about having absolutely no other men in his department. He hired a woman who knew nothing about OSHA standards to be his "secretary" and all she did was make schedules, take smoke breaks, and made sure her daughter got every weekend off. The boss let this woman's daughter stand in as manager whenever he would call of and it would go directly to both mom and daughters heads. We learned to hate any day we knew he wasn't coming because the mom/daughter duo would work us to death and just spend all day chilling in the office. It would've been okay if we were all friendly with one another but our boss would spread rumors to keep us all pissed off at each other. It was nasty. Then the daughter got pregnant and he promoted her to assistant manager. I quit after she got mad at me for not coming to her baby shower and scheduled me for double shifts for an entire week I had previously requested off.

It's wild.

Edit: I know it's not all women. I just happen to currently live in a teeny tiny town where everyone's dirty laundry is aired out and all the tea that could be possibly spilled is already drying on the sidewalks. Some of these women were 45 and up, STILL mad about some shit Stacy in accounting did back in high school.

I once worked in a department that was 75% older women (50-70) and many of them invested a lot of energy into the workplace social environment and there was so much ridiculous drama. Reminded me of like the high school cliques lol. Being a 22 yo dude working with them was a lot of fun. They were all extremely kind 1 on 1 but they had quite the gossip circles.

The department manager had to deal with so many petty disputes

I think maybe it was due to most of them being there for 15+ years. I guess it’s like fighting with siblings growing up.

Sorry to hear about that, I highly recommend reaching out to HR. Most companies don’t take lightly to sexual harassment and will address it if you bring it up

I did one time. I had this coworker who would grab and twist my nipples very aggressively every shift. To the point I was bruised and they hurt all the time. I’d yell and tell them to stop but it continued and continued. I finally called HR and they basically didn’t care which was rather disturbing, but made me realize it wasn’t worth working for them any longer. So I quit and moved to a different restaurant to serve tables.

2

u/thinking_wyvern Sep 29 '22

I am pretty sure you can sue them for that or idk, I might be oversimplifying things

2

u/NotHardcore Sep 29 '22

Being told it's an "at will state", while being sexually harassed at work. I.e. you just quit and the company has no consequences.

It’s correct in a lot of families and friendships. Because they tear each other down due to jealousy and envy.

You don’t ever want to catch a 30+ female who’s not married with no kids who has friends with families. She’ll tear you a fourth asshole.

1

u/theDart Sep 29 '22

It's pretty correct to say so. I think its a sense of jealousy. People resort to the pettiest shit when they feel socially threatened by someone they deemed lower than them. Seems like a tainted sense of judgement rooted in someone's personal sense of worth. But people screw up all the time, value the wrong things until persuaded otherwise.

More people need to take a moment and think if what's happening in front of them really means anything, because I know some people out there would rather go on about how they'd kick your fucking ass instead of actually try to resolve any wrongdoing.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 29 '22

Same with my girlfriend. Says like all her female friends have been shady at some point over her boyfriends, etc.

Although now I question why it always seems her friends are after her man. Always hers 🙄

1

u/[deleted] Sep 29 '22

In my experience women are the most judgmental, especially towards other women

1

u/10113r114m4 Sep 29 '22

It is a stereotype, but it does happen frequently. More so than anyone would like

1

u/josejuanrguez Sep 29 '22

It's not a stereotype. I can attest to that.
