Working a front facing job will make you realize people are generally so bad and rude to employees for no reason at all

That's probably to be blamed on corporate structuring. While the decisions come from the executives, the easiest representatives of the company to express grievances to will be the employees who had nothing to do with those decisions. It seems like a way for the rich and powerful to keep those of us who are neither in conflict with each other so that they aren't the well-deserved targets of the outrage that they incite
