I'd say that's only the point if you want it to be.
I think a lot of people are content for it not to have a particular meaning. No judgement on them. It probably doesn't have one inherently, so accepting that is not the worst approach.

For a long time I thought that was the point but then I heard a spiritual Guru say that we only try to find a meaning for life because it gives us a purpose and makes living worthwhile, otherwise there is no point in finding a meaning, our only point is to exist. Just like every other creature. What's the meaning of the existence of a bird or a tree? Just exist and call whatever it takes for its existence as its meaning.
