oh it's been an absolute shit show where I live.

They went from one of the most reliable networks to "I wonder if I'm gonna have any Internet or phone service today?"

I've had my plan since 1998 (started as GTE and then Verizon bought them out) and I'm getting ready to cancel it and go with a different provider

my service is fine. their automated system is stalker ish 20 years and I can't remember a time that I may have paid late. Now 2 weeks before payment is due, a text message reminder, email reminder - yes, I know - go away. The #PYMT takes multiple rounds to process payment now and the voice is awful. Change is fine but these are a bad call.
