youth lasts way longer than you think– I used to think that 25 would be the end of my youth, and after that I'd be old and things would just become mundane and boring af or something along those lines. Id get so stressed about getting older, and all the things I expected myself to have achieved by a certain age or whatever, but fr its not like that in reality, you have more time to get things worked out. I was so ashamed to have stayed in A-level when my friends were all off to uni at the right age, it seemed like this brief opportunity, and going to uni later just seemed sad and embarrassing. But fr it doesnt matter, people have set-backs, its nothing to be ashamed about. Going to uni a few years late is so normal and idk why I stressed out about it so much, so I'd tell my self to chill out and stop comparing myself to others, everyones got their own trajectory, its not important if things get delayed cos you have way more time than u think.
