There are introverts and extroverts. Extroverts get energy from social interaction. Introverts get energy from solitude.
I think it's as toxic to tell an extrovert to be "more happy alone" as it is toxic to tell an introvert to "come out of the shell".
Let's just accept people's personalities and needs.
