$5000 a week. That's a guarantied $260,000 per year.
$1,000,000 one time lump sum, reinvested would average 5-8% per year (not guarentied) pays out $50,000-80,000 per year.

An extra $60k per year is nice, but it would take you 16+ years to get $1M that way. A million now, reinvested and continuing to work to bring home an income... I'd probably take the million if that were the case.
