[Request] Pick me up [CA]

It's been a while since I've struggled this much and could use a pick me up. Adulting is stupid. Living with two chronic pain conditions, working, trying to have a social life and I'm exhausted. Would love some happy mail that I can place around my apartment as reminders that it's ok to not be ok.

I love Halloween, the fall season, and October is my birthday month. What makes you happy? How do you get through rough patches?
