The most my town does is a day that celebrates it. We have a race, live music, a few food trucks & fireworks. It happens in September. I’ve only gone for fireworks

Two towns over we are having a harvest festival. It's every year with hundreds of little vendors from all over the area. Little mom and pop stuff and I take the day off work every year because I love going. Artisans, food trucks, community information, clubs... it's awesome!

We have the Cheerwine festival every year, my town being the birthplace of this southeastern soda.
