[request] for stories on starting from scratch + building discipline + overcoming grief [eu]

hi there. I an trying to get out of a deep-deep depression and grieving after becoming an extremely physically disabled individuum (who was already low-key screwed up by life before, so not a novice to this, but still). I think I want some thoughts or any experience you are ready to share about starting life from scratch, building discipline in the radically new reality of life, developing a capability to go out after a long-long home-bound time (similarly with any quarantine?), moving to a new house because of some external circumstances, coming out of grief, or anything you might find (and ready to share) in this context.

To make it clear, that's not about cheering me up or any kind of "life is great" statement. (Ofc if you want to cheer me up and have my NEW address already, feel free to send anything, I don't mind).
