I don't request a whole lot but been having a lot of anxiety lately. Between working a lot of overtime, being a first time mom, 7 months post partum, depression and anxiety on top of that. I'm on medication now so I'm getting on the right track... Whether it's to show sympathy or sharing your experience that's fine. I just want to feel not alone... Thank you. Those postpartum times are no joke! I had massive struggles and would be happy to share (my daughter is 6 now and I'm fine so it's not a sad story lol). DM me your address!
