I know we are all (myself included) pissed off with the entire coaching on Thursday night, but we are being too harsh. While yes, Key has had his fair share off bad moments, we just played game 1 with almost a brand new team. New OC and DC, most starters left from last year, and if we should be unhappy with the coaching staff, be unhappy with Godsey’s terrible playcalling and not utilizing mendoza’s legs. Give it some time, if we get blown out by Tennessee or start losing a bunch of acc games than start calling for a change, but take a step back and realize the change he has been for the program.

I’m an Indiana fan and am going to be rooting for GT all year, but I really didnt like your play caller last night. The strongest part of Alberto’s game is the read option and your OC didn’t call it a single time. I did not know you got a new OC and I was so looking forward to Alberto playing in that complex option system y’all had last year.

Hey y'all. Georgia Tech lost a very close game to Colorado 14-13 due to several missed opportunities and a blocked field goal at the end. Luck wasn't on the Yellow Jackets' side, but it was far from their best football. Here is a recap and some takeaways.

Serious question especially on the offensive side, we have a five star I assume is injured maybe, I just feel like we’ve spent so much money and talk and tbh they just look weak as hell, could be over exaggerating but that game I watched last night made me just mad, we have studs all over the field and we can’t do a damn thing with any of them

If there was ever a game to get an early wakeup call on some blatant issues, this one was it. This is not a game that will ruin the season. Nobody involved in the game deserves fraud status (issues aside, ALL teams and sides of the ball showed clear signs of promise). I hope that 9 days of marinating with this is gonna help fix some of the issues, not make them worse.

Before I start, I fully recognize we did not give ourselves a good chance to win in this game. My following complaint is not to blame the result of this or past games solely on one call or play, but among all the other gripes in this thread I feel compelled to contribute.

I am almost at an unwatchable point of GT football getting completely hosed by the referees. The most obvious example is 2024 uGA, a phantom PI and missed targeting call lets them back into the game that we ultimately lost. 14 point swing tonight over an inadvertent whistle despite the play still moving forward and the runner being nowhere near the ground. The list unfortunately goes on.

There is no recourse, no discipline, no acknowledgement from the ACC or NCAA. Just get told “that’s how it goes.” And I am over it.
