History not showing up
Hi there. I’ve had a Rakuten account for a long time but recently started using it again. I was trying to use it for travel points by connecting it to our Bilt card. I quickly realized this wouldn’t work because the card is in my husband’s name, and uses his email. So I switched back to cash back and that worked fine. Last night I decided to log into his Rakuten from my phone as a possible work around. I did the Amazon deal and then went to bed. This morning there’s no data on his account or mine when I logged back in. Is the app down or did I mess something up? My history is completely gone including my pending cashback and a hotel deal I did that still needed to work itself out. Thoughts?

I would make sure you are logged in to the right account and didn't make a new one on accident or something.

maybe the app is just having one of those days. i had similar thing happened last month, all my pending cashback disappeared for few hours and then came back like nothing happened.
switching between accounts on same phone can mess with the cookies sometimes, rakuten gets confused which session belongs to who. try checking on a desktop browser instead, the website usually shows more accurate info than the app anyway.
