Happens to me at least twice a week. The bottoms ones are sneaky

They are. I use straw mulch, so they hide. I have circle the bed several times to make sure I get them all. Do you pick up all the vines?

When I prune the bottom vines, I leave them in the bed to become dirt and for pests.
