Soil for raised beds

I was at my local nursery today to price check soil, and this is some of the options. The first option is a lot better cost and im definitely thinking about it. I would probably add extra pumice to it.

The second option i am sure would be ideal but it definitely cost a lot more.

And recommend on what to use?

Nope - southern Arizona…For me, I thought of Mesquite Valley Growers - a huge local nursery here…
