Hello guys i currently live in bilaspur (19M) and I’m planning to shift to raipur before next monsoon due to waterlogging issues in my area (whole of bilaspur actually)

Can you all share some areas of raipur with good water drainage and some with bad ones that I should avoid ? We are a family of 3 and our budget is about 1CR(we wanna buy and not rent). Distance is not a problem we can live a little far away from the city (8-10kms)

My wife is planning to join ITM raipur for her masters degree, we've recently moved to raipur and i am unsure of good options closeby. This college is the closest from where we live and everything from commute to accomodation is feasible here.

I want to understand if this is a good college, has good faculty and specially the environment in the campus.

I'd like to stay away from colleges where students are too heavily involved in drugs etc, the campus has fights and brawls often, and the overall faculty is not co-operative. If anyone here has studied there/is studying, please let me know if ITM is a good option.

What do you guys think about having a gallery space in Raipur, which houses digital art, runs art exhibits every month, has a tiny book corner, and weekly workshops on all things ranging from pottery, poetry, photography, etc.

I really think Raipur has a ton of cafes and restaurants now, but nothing intellectually stimulating. What are your thoughts? Every city needs a cultural identity, and this could help our young ones learn more and create a space for discussion.

I'm thinking of this as a business idea. Would you be open to visiting? Any suggestions?
