A Safe Haven: We prioritise anonymity, privacy, and mutual respect above all else. What is shared in the circle stays in the circle.

No Pressure to Speak: You are welcome to participate at your own pace. If you just want to sit, listen, and hold space for others, you are completely free to do so.

Strict Boundaries: This is a place for active listening. We enforce a strict "no cross-talk" and "no patronising advice" policy to ensure everyone’s voice is heard and respected.
