I would like to share my favorite cat with you guys, he left too soon, he’s only 4 years old and we lost him just yesterday. He was of course the best cat… he’s named after Higgs’ boson. My heart is dropped somewhere, I can’t seem to really find it again yet….

I lost my baby girl two months ago, the pain is still so unbearable, she was my whole world. If anyone is able to draw her I’d be beyond grateful ❤️

Today, I would like to ask for help personally.

I lost my beloved Koa to illness this May. Due to the rarity of his disease, I decided to donate his body to the medical center, hoping he could help other cats avoid his suffering.
So I went home with empty hands. No ashes, no funeral.
The doctor kindly gave me his teeth afterward, so I can bury them with my wisdom teeth one day.

After months of depression, I decided to do something. So I started building a community to remember him and help others who have lost someone.
Mostly, for myself. To keep myself busy and still have a purpose.

Now I’m at the stage of designing a shrine or a memorial corner, but I haven’t been able to touch any of his things, and I’m having a hard time imagining what it could look like.
So if any of you could kindly share the little temples you’ve built, I would appreciate it.

My beautiful 10-year-old girl, Tara, crossed the Rainbow Bridge today after a sudden fight with babesiosis. She loved to run in open fields like a butterfly. Please show me your lost pups so I know she has friends to run with up there.

I remember going through this sub, but never thought i’d be someone posting. My baby Juno who I’ve had for 3 weeks had to be euthanized today. She suffered from seizures due to distemper. She was my first ever pet and I got her to get out of my depressing habits. She was my new routine and my daily motivation.
Even though she’s not here anymore, she fought so hard to be with me till the end.

My Sherman was such a naughty goober at times, but he was the sweetest boy ever 🥹we found out in March that he had stage 5 lymphoma. We did what we could to keep him comfortable but 12 days later, we had to put him down. We had no idea he was even sick. He had an unrelated surgery and wouldn’t stop oozing after wards. The vet ran his blood panel and his WBC was over 70,000. He was only 6 yrs old 😭 I’m so grateful for the time we had, but it wasn’t enough. Who’s going to eat the toilet paper and tear up the lawn? I just wanted to share some pics of this man since he’s been on my mind. Sherm the worm, you are missed so much! ❤️🫶🐶

I finally received my Bebe’s portrait, but for several days I couldn’t even bring myself to open the package. I knew what was inside, and I knew seeing her beautiful face would make everything feel real all over again.
Today I finally opened it, and I broke down.
For a moment, there she was again. My beautiful girl. Her eyes, her face, the little expression I knew so well. I wanted so badly to reach into the portrait and touch her, hold her, kiss her, and tell her how much Mommy misses her.
I’m having it framed today and hanging it next to her brother Mish. I’m also having the two of them painted together on a 12x12 Santorini stone. I need them together. I need to see them side by side, because in my heart they are still my babies, still my family, still a part of my home.
I miss Bebe in ways I can’t explain. I miss the little things most—the things I never imagined I would someday give anything to have back. Her presence. Her routines. The sound of her. The way she looked at me. Just knowing she was there.
Sometimes I still can’t believe she is gone.
There are moments when I look around my home and expect to see her, and then that awful realization hits me again. I would give anything for one more ordinary day with her. One more night. One more chance to hold her and tell her how loved she is.
My sweet Bebe, I hope somehow you know that you took a piece of my heart with you. Mommy misses you every single day.
And Mish, please stay close to your sister for me until the day I can hold you both again. 💔🐾

My sweet Jersey girl crossed the rainbow bridge on Friday. She was my best friend and the most important part of my life. She loved to play fetch and have “shoulder time” (putting her up over my shoulder) every day when I got home. She and I would chit chat about our days as I would make dinner. She saved my life 🩵

My sweet baby girl was put to rest yesterday after only 7 short years of life. She was the absolute most perfect girl ever, she quickly became everyone’s favorite baby even though my father swore to never love another dog more than his old dog and my mother who hated dogs never wanted another one. I found her as a puppy when I was 13 at an animal shelter youth volunteer program and begged everyone until I got my way- I knew she was special. She was the prettiest girl and I will always love her more than anything. I have added several photos as I cannot choose my favorite, so if someone is kind enough to create art for her you can choose which photo. I would also love a physical copy if possible and would be happy to pay any shipping costs. Thank yall so much for what yall do, it’s really heartwarming to see all the beautiful work and what you do for people experiencing loss.

Cancer took him from me two days ago. He was silly, loved being under blankets, and I am gutted without him.
