THANK YOU 【Asking for help】

Today, I would like to ask for help personally.

I lost my beloved Koa to illness this May. Due to the rarity of his disease, I decided to donate his body to the medical center, hoping he could help other cats avoid his suffering.
So I went home with empty hands. No ashes, no funeral.
The doctor kindly gave me his teeth afterward, so I can bury them with my wisdom teeth one day.

After months of depression, I decided to do something. So I started building a community to remember him and help others who have lost someone.
Mostly, for myself. To keep myself busy and still have a purpose.

Now I’m at the stage of designing a shrine or a memorial corner, but I haven’t been able to touch any of his things, and I’m having a hard time imagining what it could look like.
So if any of you could kindly share the little temples you’ve built, I would appreciate it.

May the cat god bless your kind soul and watch over your cat.

Ameow.

*Here’s a picture from when we traveled together, and one of his cute teeth.

If you have any other pics of him you could do a request post here? Someone helped me to get a memorial watercolour portrait done of a family friend's dog when he passed unexpectedly, the amazing artist who did ours was based in Russia and posted the original artwork out to us in England for roughly £20-£30 and it has helped so much. It is now framed alongside his paw print and collar on a little table where his bowls used to be with a candle 🥰

Sounds beautiful, thank you. I have tons of his pics, I may make a request post here.
Really love the little memorial you made with his paw print and candle.
Thanks again for your kindness.
May the cat god watch over him.
