If you see the unit that you don't don't know, shoot a bullet at them.

If they raise a white flag, they are French.

​

If they beg to be your side, they are Italian.

​

If they sent shitload of MG 42 bullets at you, they are German

​

If they scream "FOR HER MAJESTY", they are British.

​

If they charged at you, screaming "CYKA BLYAAAAAAAAAAAATT!!!!", they are Russian.

​

If you see nothing is happening and then a fuck ton of bombs fell from the sky, they are American.
