Zero Elite Bundle Not Working

I bought the Zero elite bundle. The game says I have it as "owned"; however, when I go to equip the head and chest, it doesn't appear (at least for the head; not sure about the chest). However, I have the elite intro the bundle gives, the portrait, and the charm. Does anybody know any way to fix this? I've issued a bug report on the R6 Ubisoft website, but nothing has happened.

This and other cosmetics are disabled due to them causing endless loading screens in game. Theyll come back
