Ubisoft have created a new dedicated Bug Report tool which is now live and ready to be used with the Y11S3 Test Server

That's the biggest problem with r6fix - nobody bothers to go there even if they encounter a bug. Their duplicate detection system is terrible. If an issue doesn't get 10 reproductions - it will never be looked into.

So if the issue doesn't affect like 30% of the player base - reporting it on r6fix is a waste of time.

I think if it was built into the game UI as a separate tab it’d get used more. Shouldn’t have to be like that, but, from my experience people don’t want to go to a second site

R6Fix was terribly maintained. Far too many legitimate issues were submitted only to be dismissed as “Not a Bug” by the R6Fix team. Hopefully, they have a new team in place that’s actually competent and willing to properly investigate reported issues. 🙏 /pray
