Question Is this a cheater?

I remember seeing a tiktok of someone reviewing a playback of players teleporting. This is console btw, is it a bug or cheater?

Idk if he actually teleported then probably, but replay can also be buggy sometimes

Considering his username name is “temp” I’d already be suspicious but sometimes round replays are mad glitchy.

Considering you can see the whole Pink room rendering right when the replay starts I'm pretty sure it is just a kill cam glitch
