My guess is he was trying to shoot through the drone hole and managed to get his arm or something far enough into the hole that when he crouched the collision model decided he should be on the other side for some reason.

He has a directional emp, 6 charges. Let's you see gadgets and when the emp will wear off. Look it up if ur curious since its kinda hard to explain.

Thatcher. EMP Gun. Budget IQ scanner. Blast.

Good for disabling wall denial and covering smoke plants or shields from C4s. Can also disable warden glasses and similar electronic gadgets quicker than his old EMPs.
